Student Parking Lot
Key information
- The car park is a paid facility reserved exclusively for students of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Lodz.
- The car park is unguarded but under video surveillance.
- Authorization to use the car park does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
- Entry and exit are possible only using a VALID STUDENT ID CARD called ELS - elektroniczna legitymacja studencka (plastic card with an embedded processor). Expired ID cards will be rejected by the access control system. Mobile student IDs (mLegitymacja) are not supported.

Car park operating hours:
for full-time students: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM.
for part-time and postgraduate students: from Friday at 3:00 PM until Sunday at 9:30 PM. - Leaving a vehicle in the car park outside of operating hours is prohibited; violation of this rule may result in the revocation of parking privileges.
- Sharing access to the car park with other persons is prohibited. A "soft anti-passback" function is in operation; unjustified violation of this rule may result in the revocation of parking privileges.
Parking regulations
Detailed rules for using the parking lot are set out in Order No. 41 of the Dean of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Lodz, dated September 10, 2026, regarding the introduction of regulations for the Faculty of Philology student parking lot.

Parking application
Parking privileges are granted to students of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Lodz upon:
- submission of an electronic application (available below);
- payment of the fee in accordance with the current price list.
NOTE: Being granted parking privileges does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
Fees
The following fees apply for the use of the parking lot:
- PLN 200 per semester – for full-time first- and second-cycle students,
- PLN 130 per semester – for part-time and postgraduate students.
Payment must be made after submitting a parking application.
Payment must be made exclusively via bank transfer to the following account: 68 1240 3028 1111 0011 6126 1770
The transfer reference must follow this format: Parking fee, first name and surname, student ID number, semester.
Example reference: Parking fee, Jan Kowalski, 123456, Z-26/27.
Parking privileges will be assigned to the semester specified in the transfer reference, REGARDLESS OF THE DATE THE TRANSFER IS MADE.
An invoice is issued only upon the request of the person making the payment. This must be indicated in the parking application.
The fee paid is non-refundable.
Location
The entrance to the student parking lot is located on the Henryka Debicha Street side.
