Support for project teams during the initiation, implementation, and monitoring of projects funded under the National Program for the Development of the Humanities (NPRH) by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, including:
monitoring formal and substantive requirements for project proposals,
ensuring compliance of project documentation with applicable regulations,
supporting communication between project teams and funding institutions,
preparing budgets and financial schedules in accordance with program guidelines and the substantive assumptions of the projects,
monitoring the alignment of project activities with the approved project proposal, allocated budget, and schedule, including analysis of cost eligibility under applicable regulations and funding rules, and verification of deadlines and expenditure compliance with the budget,
collaborating with other organizational units of the university on project-related and administrative matters,
verifying costs related to the engagement of contractors (including civil law contracts, contracts for specific work, invoices),
supporting the preparation and review of project agreements from a formal-legal perspective,
preparing periodic and final financial reports in accordance with the requirements of funding institutions,
preparing project documentation and analyzing experiences from implemented projects to build and update an internal knowledge base, supporting the standardization of practices and effective project knowledge management.
Ongoing support for the Head of the Project Office at the Faculty of [WF] in team management and organization, including:
substituting for the Head of the Project Office within the assigned scope of responsibilities,
supporting the Head of the Project Office in presenting the Office’s results to the Faculty authorities,
developing and implementing tools supporting project and budget management,
initiating solutions to improve the efficiency of Office operations and communication.
Organization and participation in meetings, including:
organizing and conducting project-related working meetings,
representing the Office at meetings with partners, funding institutions, and other stakeholders,
supporting the Head of the Project Office in presenting the Office’s results to the Faculty authorities.
