Call for student volunteers / guest relations assistants

We are looking for students and PhD candidates to join our conference team The First Eastwern Bloc Censorship Research Group Conference as Guest Relations Assistants! If you enjoy interacting with international guests and want hands-on experience in event management, we’d love to have you on board.

Event Details:

  • Prof. Robert Darnton (Harvard University, USA)
  • Prof. Nicole Moore (UNSW Canberra, Australia)
  • Mykola Ryabchuk (National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, poet, translator)
  • Natalka Bilotserkivets (Ukrainian poet)

Your Role:

  • Welcoming, assisting, and guiding international guests and speakers.
  • Assisting with guest registration and answering inquiries.
  • Ensuring our keynote speakers and attendees have a smooth, welcoming experience throughout the conference.

Language Requirements (spoken fluency in at least ONE of the following):

  • English
  • French
  • Polish
  • Romanian
  • Ukrainian
