There was also a story that will stay with us for a long time: the rather tragic fate of a hamster family "starring" in one of the films of the Educational Film Studio…

Educational Film Studio (WFO) is a Polish film institution based in Łódź (Kilińskiego 210). It was officially established on 29 December 1949, based on the Educational Film Department of the Film Institute, which had operated since 1945. The institution has operated continuously in the same location since its inception. During its existence, the Studio has produced nearly 5,000 films, which have won a total of over 1,200 awards at film festivals.
