Management of work in administration and maintenance of the Faculty building.

Conducting periodic inspections of technical condition of the building.

Determining needs of the Faculty in terms of renovations, refurbishment and additional construction works, and supervising contractors during the execution of works on the premises.

Addressing and handling current irregularities found in the facility, conducting maintenance work.

Ensuring cleanliness, aesthetics, and proper sanitary conditions within the building and on the premises of the Faculty.

Supervising proper execution of protection and security of the assets used by the Faculty.

Maintaining records and decomissioning of assets and equipment listed as the property of the Faculty.

Taking actions to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions and protection against fire, explosion, and terrorist attack – conducting evacuation drills.

Maintaining the process of sub-renting of the Faculty premises to outside institutions or third parties.

Supervising proper waste management.

Managing and coordinating the work of administrative and maintenance staff of the Faculty.

Other tasks required for the proper functioning of the Faculty facilities.
