The University of Lodz is a safe, open and friendly environment for working and studying. We prioritise respect, equal treatment and the well-being of the entire academic community. We support equality. We translate these values into our daily choices and long-term approach – we are implementing GEP 2.0 for 2025–2027 and, together with the Equality Council, we are undertaking initiatives that help build a culture of kindness and joint responsibility.
